I was referred to take my BMW here by A & B Automotive (who does all the work on my American cars), and it was a great referral.
Due to my schedule, I was not able to bring my car in, and was uneasy about asking my wife to do it for me, because I know the bad experiences she's had in the past with other car shops.
I was very happy when she called me from the shop to tell me the people are great, and delighted that the mechanic took the time to *clearly* explain and educate her on the type of brake work that was needed, how the components worked together (without "talking down" to her), and also that it wasn't as serious as we thought.
