Henry arrived within 30 minutes after the AAA call and changed out the "bad" battery in no time at all.
A thoroughly delightful and capable fellow--just the recipe for great customer service at a time when frustration could have been the experience.
It was NOT.
AAA sent Henry to remove my totally flat right rear tire on my Toyota Highlander after I hit a curb.
He was warm and friendly, and reassuring that I could safely drive on my spare tire (which was quite a job to free from it's carrying position under the rear of the car.)
