We offer a 3 year/ 36,000 mile parts and labor warranty on all repairs and diagnosis, and because we're affiliated with the NAPA Auto Care program, our warranty is valid nationwide! We also know people have budgetary constraints and that automotive problems always seem to arise at inconvenient times.

Jack Kamp founded the business-then a full-service Marathon gas and service station-in 1964 when he was only 18 years old.
For seven years, Andy and James continued the business under the same name, maintaining the same level of service that Jack built his reputation on.
In 2014, Andy became the soul owner, and after a year decided to rename the shop Legacy Auto-Tech.
Andy was born and raised on the southeast side of Grand Rapids.
