Great service and they offer free mobile windshield repair service which was so convenient! Yes! AGS and Malia come through again! I have a 6 mos old 2022 Tacoma and AGS are the ONLY people I'll ever trust. They get me OE Glass and go above and beyond to help me out both times by picking up my auto and helping me! They replaced the glass with OE Toyota Pilkington and I couldn't be happier AGAIN with what they provide for their clients. I can't recommend these folks enough! I hope they never go away! Stop looking for other people and just CALL THEM!

I am so glad I was referred to these guys. Marisa is the most helpful and kind person, super informative and exceptional communication skills. She is really great at her job. I got my quote, gave my insurance their information, and had my windshield fixed and car recalibrated with ease. I did have to wait a month or 2 for my windshield to be ordered and arrive but that's to do with shipping difficulties -- not their fault.
They even had their tech come to my house and check out my windshield a few months later when I had an issue with rain leaking in my car. He discovered it was because of my sunroof, completely unrelated and he STILL fixed it for me! Superb customer service!

Professional and polite service. They were flexible with appointment time. Work was done quickly and they were able to fix a deep chip in my windshield. Some other auto glass shops kept trying to convince me to replace the windshield since my insurance would cover it. I didn't appreciate that upsale. Auto Glass Specialists were a lot more honest and they do work with insurance companies in case if you do have that coverage.

I was on a family trip to the Grand canyon and a large rock hit my windshield causing a deep chip in my windshield. I returned to San Diego and called Auto Glass Specialists the next day, I wanted to get it repaired as quick as possible for fear of it spreading and costing me a new windshield. Tom had his guy out to my work a couple hours later. He was extremely professional and very polite. The windshield was repaired and they saved me from the cost of a new windshield. I highly recommend Tom and all of his guys.

I need more stars! Moms windshield was completely shattered. My insurance company tried to get us a replacement with a large well known company whose name I will not speak. There were issues tracking one down due to the age of the vehicle but I was assured it would arrive and be installed on a certain day. After almost a week and broken promises (told they couldn't find the windshield in stock anywhere), I was finally referred to AGS and I am so thankful!
Low and behold they had the windshield for a 16 year old vehicle IN STOCK and were able to take care of us so quickly and for less than my deductible. I dont usually do reviews but Marisa was so helpful and patient with me (needless to say I was stressed to say the least) and Forrest took great care of my moms truck. Thank you!

My son borrowed my car to drive to AZ. When he was driving out there a rock hit the windshield and due to the heat it cracked up about 1/3 up the windshield. I called my insurance first thing Monday morning and tried Safelite first. 1st available appt was 10 days out! Are you kidding me? The crack is right in the field of my vision! So I called my insurance back and they called Auto Glass Specialist the gentleman asked if he could call me back to see if he had my windshield in stock.
He called me back about 15 minutes later and said that they could come this afternoon to replace my windshield! This afternoon? Awesome! Pedro called me when he was 10 minutes away and I met him at my car. He told me he would call me when he was done. It took about 20 minutes and he was done! Yay! My windshield is fixed! No fuss no muss! I highly recommend Auto Glass Specialist!

I have been using Auto Glass Specialists for years (have replaced at least 3 windshields and a back window.) It's unbelievable how accommodating and quick they are, not to mention well-priced. I wouldn't even think of going anywhere else - this is a place you can trust! They work with your insurance company and take care of everything (have even come out and done work on site when I couldn't get there, )
