Hans Verhulst started his career in a Toyota dealership where he became a licensed mechanic in 1975.
He had worked there for a few years when he and his wife Dianne decided to settle down and start a family.
The couple moved to Tsawwassen, where Dianne had grown up, and in 1983, the couple opened Sierra Auto.
Iain Bullis was raised in Tsawwassen and joined Sierra Auto in 2006, when he started working as an apprentice.
He completed his training to become a licensed mechanic and is now the second in charge.
