You get to talk to the guy who is actually doing the work on your car and can explain whatever needs fixing. Scott is honest, has fair very prices, and does great work. I've taken my car here a number of times now, but most recently I had a dead battery. Scott looked into it and found the old battery was still under warranty, so the cost of the new battery was covered.
