Awesome customer service! I think I found my new place to take my car. The staff is very knowledgeable and they provided pictures from my car of the parts that needed to be replaced! I feel like I'm getting the honest truth opposed to being misled. As always, John Chung, my service writer, went above and beyond to explain current repairs and recommended preventative maintenance.

At the young age of 5, John Eppstein, the owner of John's Automotive Care, was already enthralled with the inner workings of machinery.
His mother caught him taking apart his alarm clock, she left to get his father, and when they arrived back, he already put the clock back together again.
