In August of 2005, 2 men with over 30 years of combined experience founded J & R Auto Inc.
These 2 men, Raul Joya and his son-in-law, Jose Martinez both exerted excitement and motivation to begin this new endeavor.
Raul had been a supervisor at a Ford assembly plant in Mexico City for 24 years, and continued in the automotive industry when he moved the the United States, working for a mechanic shop in Elgin, IL for an additional 16 years.
