We took our Suburban here to have the transmission replaced. The customer service is outstanding, every issue was taken care of, and we were charged reasonably for what we needed. The Suburban runs flawlessly now. Excellent customer service coupled with the BEST work in Central Texas. My husband and I have been customers for many years and wouldn't trust anyone else with our vehicles.
We recommend International Motors 100%! John is very trustworthy and cheaper than MOST mechanics around here. Have used his services for 3 different makes and he definitely knows what he is talking about and will simplify for us ladies that don't know mechanic lingo. I agree with another reviewer who stated his interactions has always been family like.
I have had nothing but positive experiences with both John and Kirk. As a woman I feel they explained car parts/language in a easy manner. I do not feel like they tried to take advantage of me due to my lack of mechanical knowledge. As long as I am in the area I will continue to be a customer of International Motors.
