Bill is an ASE Certified Automotive Technician with more than 32 years of experience.
Bill's love of cars began as a young boy watching them go in and out of his parents' car wash in Chicago.
He even pitched in by helping his folks keep their customers' cars shiny.
In high school, Bill worked at a few auto repair shops including Flossmoor Standard.
But his dreams were even bigger.
Tracy wears many hats, from greeting customers at the front desk, writing up service orders, obtaining parts to skillfully managing the marketing and PR.
