This men were friendly and transparent- I knew exactly what needed to be done and how much it would cost before they went ahead with repairs.

While they did get the work done that was needed to fix my car, there was a lack of communication throughout the entire process as to when the work was actually going to be completed.
If I didn't proactively call for updates I would not have known when my car was done.
On top of that, the inside of my car was covered in oily handprints that I had to clean up myself after I picked up the car.
