This is the BEST experience I have had with Auto repair. We had the truck towed in, thought the starter might be bad. They were friendly and sent us on our way. 20 minutes later we got a call that the truck was ready! There was no starter problem just a switch that had gotten turned up-side-down. I know nothing about cars and less about trucks, so they could have kept it longer and said they replaced something.
No, they were very honest, and not even a service charge. Auto Express is awesome. The guys are very professional, knowledgeable & yet personable. You don't find that anywhere now days!

Why I chose to open a shop - I was inspired to open Auto Express in December of 2003 because I not only loved working on cars, but I desired to own a business where I treated others the way I wished to be treated.
Something most people don't know about me - I believe I am doing God's will daily by running a business centered first on Christ and second on others.
Why I chose to be a technician - I grew up working on cars with my dad, and it was something I always loved.
How I spend my time off - I spend most of my time with my wife and four children enjoying activities together like hunting, fishing, and reading.

Regular preventive maintenance is probably the most important single thing you can do as a car owner to keep your ride happy and save money on repairs in the future.
Ignoring preventative maintenance can create a love hate relationship between you and your car.
Anyone who has ever owned a car or worked on a car will tell you not to ignore preventative maintenance.
Even covering the basics like oil changes, tire rotations, checking your tire pressure, and following through with timed mileage services at 30,000, 60,000, and 90,000 miles will save you a lot of headaches and a lot of money.
