Dan Salter grew up in the automotive industry.
His father, Dallas, came to Delaware in 1961 and established business S&J Flying "A" Sinclair gas and service station on Kirkwood highway 1966.
Dan was born and raised in New Castle.
He became an ASE certified technician after serving in the USNR from 1980-1986.
Dan was trained by the US Navy as an airplane mechanic.
He helped and learned a lot from his father, and other establishments in Delaware, which contributed to his mechanical knowledge.
He also employs skills from airplanes and hydraulics attained in the military.

I was surprised how fast Dan called and explained what they had found and game me an estimate.
They did the repairs as soon as they received the parts and my car was back on the road very quick.
