Bill has been in the auto industry for over 30 years. He has worked for and been trained by major companies including Chrysler, Nissan, and Chevrolet. He's received full Nissan training and has been awarded high honors in other corporations. Some of these include Gold Level Management and Technician Training with GM, and Diamond Level Management with Chrysler, which is an award that only 250 managers in the United States were able to obtain.

Each oil change includes : Remove and replace oil and filter, top off fluids, set tire pressures, lube door locks and hinges, exterior light check, visually inspect brakes, steering, suspension, and lines.
Check for leaks, record tire depth and pressures, reset reminder and replace lube sticker.
