Great service and people! They didn't push for any particular service and finished everything quickly and well. I needed my tire plugged this morning and they were able to work me right in! Excellent, friendly service as always! Thank you, young men of Fincastle Automotive, for thorough inspection and trouble-shooting while performing necessary maintenance on my 2016 Toyota Corolla and also on my husband's 2003 Chevrolet Silverado truck.
We appreciate your forward thinking recommendations, options and cost alternatives. It is good to have highly trained and experienced service technicians keep our vehicles in good running order.

From the time he was a little chap, Randall had a unique interest in understanding how things operate.
As a youngster he learned from his Father's explanations of how things work, for example, how a four-stroke engine differs from a two-stroke and what a clutch is doing.
As he got older he developed his knack for fixing things beginning with simple items and small engines before moving on to automotive repairs.
Randall enjoys interacting with people and delights in serving others.
Beyond business, Randall pursues some gardening and hobby farming with his wife and five children.

A friend insisted I have Fincastle Automotive look at my 2012 Ford F-150 truck after two other facilities had 1) misdiagnosed, and 2) quoted a price that turned out to be almost $2k over what I paid at Fincastle Automotive for the same work.
I had been experiencing a coolant leak with erratic gauge response and engine light warning of overheating.
Finally I received an appropriate diagnosis that turned out to be the left turbo seal, supply and return hoses leaking.
Since this seems to be a challenge for this Ford product, I requested they change out those parts on the leaking left turbo and the right one.
