He enjoys working at an independent repair shop because he can better serve his customers needs by directly communicating with customers. Josh has 18 years of dealership and 7 years of independent automotive experience. He has been a master technician for over 20 years and holds advanced level ASE certification in L1 and L2. In addition he was a Chrysler Master Tech for over 8 years and holds numerous Gold Tool awards. I've always taken my Lexus ES 350 to the dealer for service, but when it came time for the very expensive 120K service, I decided to try an independent repair shop, as I suspected it needed additional work as well.
