We provide you with the print-out and explain the repair process in detail. If you are making a collision claim against insurance then we will work your insurance company to receive approval for our estimate or we may use the estimate provided by your insurance company adjuster.

At this time you will meet with one of our Estimators to determine the extent of damage to your vehicle.
If we can identify all the damage, an estimate will be written, parts preordered and an appointment set for you to drop off for repairs.
If we can not determine all the damage, we may have you leave it at this point depending on the extent of damage.
In this process we completely disassemble the damage area to identify all damage and determine the repair plan.
Once your vehicle is disassembled and all of the damage determined, we will contact the insurance company to review the supplemental damage.
