Don service center is always professional. I took a car in for a young lady because she needed it repaired to make it a safe driving vehicle. I asked them to inspect the vehicle and give me a list of what was wrong and their opinion on. We've certainly grown from our modest beginnings here at Don's Service Center. Through our extensive training and continuing investment, we are without a doubt the most well-equipped shop around.
Don's Service Center was originally started by Don Giovanni Sr. back in the 1960's. At that time, Don Sr. had received a Master's Degree in Vocational Education from Indiana State University and was presently the lead instructor at our local IVY Tech College Automotive Program (a position he held for 15 years!). Don Sr. started a small shop at home during his spare time, and as the business grew it finally seemed the time was appropriate to move full-time into the auto repair business.
In April of 1982, Don Sr. quit teaching and opened a full-time automotive repair shop - which of course he called - Don's Service Center!

This allows us to offer a 3-year or 36,000 mile "Peace of Mind" nationwide warranty on most repairs.

While I occasionally have to wait several days when making an appointment, I realize this is not the center's fault as they are clearly recognized as one of the very best in this area and thus very popular.
I can't express my gratitude to the team at Don's Service Center enough!

The towing company recommended Don's.
They were more than accommodating in getting the car repaired and back on the road within a couple hours.
While I occasionally have to wait several days when making an appointment, I realize this is not the center's fault as they are clearly recognized as one of the very best in this area and thus very popular.
