Raul attended night school for Auto Repair at UTI Trade School in Oxnard CA where he tended night school while working a full time job.
Upon graduation he went to work for Tune-up Masters in Oxnard, Ca.
While working for them he continued night classes in Tune-Master School in Panorama City.
Working toward his education on auto repair, he obtained his ASE Certifications, to include Electric and Electronics, L1 Advanced Engine Performance and has been licensed as a Smog and Repair technician since 1989.
Upon graduation he went to work for Tune-up Masters in Oxnard, Ca.
