Called more than once and no one answered.
I was on the side of the road attempting to get a shop in order for a tow and according to their own times, they were open when I called.
Edit: Sorry, I should have specified, this was on Wednesday afternoon between 1:30pm, and 2:15pm.
Not sure why the owner thinks I called on Saturday.
I didn't specify the date in my review but did state that I called within the times listed for their business.
When your mechanic can't or won't give you an estimate on time, parts, & labor, it's time to find a new mechanic.
