Allen graduated from D.C.C. in Automotive Analysis, Repair, & Technology.
Afterwards, he gained experience working for Honda, Toyota, GM and Independent shops servicing most all makes and models of vehicles.
Allen continued working at both dealerships and independent repair facilities for almost 30 years before opening up his own repair shop - Autotech.
He found that none of his work experiences, dealer or independent, respected nor treated the customer or their car the way that Allen thought they should.
