I took a chance when searching ( this was before Yelp) for a place, saw them, and has been satisfied with their service since.
They have a vehicle that will take you back to your place but you might have to wait if its taking someone to their place and there is no loaner vehicle while one's car is in their shop.
They will keep you informed on their progress on your vehicle and the cost that might occur.
My example was with the automatic door opener cable to the side door to my van needed replacing and I thought just change it and out the door a few hundred bucks lighter.
