This crew replaced a warped manifold for me.
Truth be told, the fix only lasted a few months before the noise came back.
They took the car back in and did some work on it at no charge, and it did help.
But a few months later the tick was back.
In the end, they replaced the manifold one more time at no cost and lamented a questionable gasket design; they point is they honored their work anyway.
I was surprised by their offer to "own" the problem and fix at no cost, they communicated well and I got my car back in reasonable time frame.
