Claudio Kaempf, owner of Foreign Car Services, Inc., opened his first location in 1987 with the desire to have a place customers would feel comfortable bringing their own vehicles along with referring friends and family.
In this industry, he believed there was an opportunity to provide a higher level of service at a better value.
He also sought to employ the most highly skilled individuals to provide clients with the best service possible.

Foreign Car Services, Inc.'s owner, Claudio Kaempf, developed an early interest in cars.
He liked building soap box cars and racing them through the streets of his home town.
After graduating from high school, he went through a 4 year apprenticeship program in Zurich Switzerland as an automotive mechanic.
At the same time he went to college in Zurich and worked on the weekends on the Baltisser race team, winning the Swiss National Sports Car Championship on 2 occasions.
In the early nineties the Porsche Club of America (PCA) started its racing program and naturally Claudio joined the ranks of drivers competing across the United States.
