My passion for working on cars started at a young age as I would regularly watch my father work on cars in our driveway.
During high school, I enrolled in the automotive, welding, and wood shop classes.
My teacher encouraged me to continue working in the automotive industry after graduation as he felt that I had a knack for it.
Following his advice, I took automotive repair and maintenance jobs while studying Automotive Technology at Butte College.
After finishing the automotive program with certifications, I began working at James Thomas Volvo (also known as JT Volvo) in January of 2004.

While they had the car, Jake identified that the radiator needed flushed pretty bad so we had them do that, too.
Never would have known if they hadn't said anything as the place we were previously taking it to for maintenance never said a word!
I appreciate that they kept us informed about our vehicle's needs opposed to just doing what was asked of them.
I was having a tail light issue, Jake told me to come in whenever I could.
