We are proud of our 'Service Saturday' program, which all our staff donates their time, allowing 100% of our profits from the day to go to a family in need.

Kurt Spohn started Action Auto in 1975 after learning the auto repair business from both his father and grandfather, who also owned repair shops in south Minneapolis.
We started as a small two bay shop and in 2002, expanded our building to almost three times its original size.
Today, the shop is run by Kurt and his two sons, Jon and Clint.
We have a team of highly trained and certified mechanics along with a first-class facility and the most up to date equipment.
